What is BIM for WAREMA?

For WAREMA, it means providing specialist planners with models of selected products and thus facilitating 3D planning.
BIM is not a specific type of software, but is rather the process for collaborative and sustainable planning.
BIM is expected to play a growing role in planning over the coming years. That's why many planners already rely on this form of project execution. For maximum flexibility, WAREMA also offers 3D models via the open standard exchange format, IFC (Industry Foundation Standard).
